These regulations update the UK’s transposition of the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) international convention for the prevention of pollution from ships (MARPOL Annex V – garbage and Annex IV - Sewage) into domestic law.
These consultations from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency runs from 3 February to 30 March 2020.
