Open Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

The Visitor Information Centre near the Castle offers these everyday services

  • Visitors parking permits
  • Residents parking permits
  • Trade bags - recycling paper
  • Trade bags - trade waste
  • Dog bags
  • Garden bags (old/worn garden bags will be replaced free of charge)
Essex Libraries stock some recycling items. You can use PCs at a local library to access Council services online
