The strength of Colchester’s night and daytime economy is largely attributable to the variety it offers residents and visitors alike. We recognise that, as a result, this Statement of Licensing Policy must be flexible to respond to the different demands placed upon it to ensure it meets the needs of both large corporate chains and individual tea rooms, live music venues and local shops.
