Colchester Borough Council is asking residents for their views on designs for an exciting new community centre at the former site of Colchester Rugby Club, Mill Road, Colchester.
A webinar was held on Tuesday 7 September 2021, where the project’s designers and local Councillors presented the plans and answered questions on the initial ideas.
