HIGH WOODS COUNTRY PARK MANAGEMENT PLAN
The management plan for the Country Park focuses on ten key areas which include improving facilities and services for visitors, conserving wildlife and landscape, and increasing education and community involvement.
The plan is a working document that covers the period 2017 - 2020 and the associated action plan is updated on an annual basis.

GREEN FLAG AWARD
We are pleased to announce that in July 2017 we were once again awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award.
The Country Park has held the since 2004 due to the quality of its welcome, security, management, community involvement and marketing.

NATURAL ENGLAND ACCREDITED COUNTRY PARK
The Country Park became an Accredited Country Park in April 2012. Natural England's Country Park Accreditation Scheme was launched in August 2009, and aims to identify and recognise those sites that actually do deliver the core facilities and services expected of Country Parks.

We regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys within the park. These surveys gauge the how visitors feel about the way we look after the County Park, cleanliness, accessibility, facilities provided and what they see as out strengths and weaknesses.

TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE
The park received t his award in June 2016. It is given to places that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence park maintained an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, had a minimum number of reviews, and had been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
