When will the scheme be completed?

Phase 1

Phase 1 of the scheme will focus on creating the new multiuse community hub. It is hoped that this facility will be completed by March 2026 in line with funding commitments.

Phase 2

Phase 2 will look at making improvements to public spaces and providing new and/or refurbished affordable homes. The timeline for phase 2 is being finalised to fit in with the work for phase 1, we will keep the community informed as the programme progresses.
