Heart of Greenstead frequently asked questions

The project will deliver new affordable homes for local people. The goal is to provide a mix of social rented properties and routes into affordable home ownership. The exact number of homes is currently being finalised. We will work with the community to understand local demand and aspirations as this phase of the work progresses. 

In summer 2023 a local ‘housing needs survey’ will be sent to all Greenstead residents. The survey will ask a series of questions about residents’ current housing situation, as well as their future needs. The insights provided by the survey will allow the project team to make informed decisions about the type of homes needed.
