Section 2 examination
The Planning Inspector has now confirmed the Main Modifications he considers necessary to the Section Two Colchester Local Plan to make it sound. A six week public consultation is now open from 4 October to 15 November 2021.

Live streaming of the examination
The Section 2 examination sessions were held virtually. The events were available for live streaming via YouTube to allow virtual attendance, but as agreed with the Inspector, the hearings were not recorded for later viewing.
