Full homelessness duty owed
This indicator is part of the Council's corporate indicator set - KI H3. It measures the proportion of households for whom, after an assessment of their application for assistance and the issuing of a personal housing plan (as required under homelessness legislation), the Council has a full duty to secure housing.

Homelessness cases prevented 
This indicator is part of the Council's corporate indicator set - KI H3 (until 2018-19 when the definition changed to 'full homelessness duty owed').

Number of households in temporary accommodation per 1,000 households
Monitoring the number of households in temporary accommodation per 1,000 households in the city.

The number and value of the Council's social housing by postcode sector level and within specified valuation bands. The Council is required to publish this information under the Local Government Transparency Code. This is updated annually.
