Colchester Borough Homes runs the Repairs Service on behalf of the Council. Council tenants needing advice on repairs or alterations to their Council properties should contact the Customer Service Team. This can be done by:
Telephoning the Customer Service Team on 01206 282514. Calling into the Customer Services  Team based at the Library and Community Hub, Trinity Square, Colchester. The offices are open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
