Appeals by Bluesquare Homes Limited. Relating to the applications to Colchester Borough Council for: Outline application: Residential development of 56 dwellings including landscaping and access from East Road following demolition of existing dwelling. (APP/A1530/W/21/3285769) at Land at 102 East Road, West Mersea, Colchester CO5 8SA.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening at 10am Tuesday 22nd February.

The inquiry is being held virtually with participants invited to join through Zoom. A live streaming of the inquiry is available through Colchester Borough Councils YouTube Channel.
