Towns Fund prospectus
The government launched the £3.6bn Towns Fund in November 2019 to unleash the full economic potential of over 100 places and level up communities throughout the country. The funding awarded to Colchester will help to increase economic growth with a focus on regeneration, improved transport, better broadband connectivity, skills and culture.
