You must complete and submit your reconsideration form within one month of the date on our decision letter.

You must say why you do not agree with the decision. It is not enough to say "I do not agree with the decision" or "The money is not enough"

Some examples are:

• My rent was £75 per week but you have stated that it was £35 per week;
• I moved into the property on the 1st November not the 1st December;
• The salary figures you have used to calculate my benefit entitlement is incorrect. I received £250 during the Christmas week but I usually receive £150.

If you are asking for a reconsideration against more than one decision, you must say why you do not agree with each one.

If you are asking for a reconsideration more than one month after the decision was made, you must state why your request has been delayed.
