To replace a garage door that is rotten and no longer functional with a replacement garage door. Our intention is to replace the door with one that is plain in design and conforms to the existing colour (a shade of red). We plan to fit an automatic door to improve access to the garage (which is on to East Hill, a main road). Automatic operation will cause less disturbance to traffic on East Hill ( no longer a need to park, exit the car, open the door return to car and drive in). Automatic operation of the door will also improve our own safety and access when using the garage and will be a more secure option as there is no external lock or handle on the door. The
