It is necessary for you to have Public Liability Insurance cover in place, for at least £5,000,000, before you start trading. Your policy will need to be shown on the first day of trading
To comply with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 all prospective traders will be asked to supply evidence of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
It is essential that you read and agree to the Regulations before applying for a Street Trading Pitch.
