Pay by Direct Debit
You can make payments on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 25th of each month. You can choose which date best suits you.

Pay over the phone
Call our automated payments line on 01206 282725. You will need your housing benefit invoice number and your debit / credit card details.
Pay at the bank or through your banking app
You can make payments to the Council through your bank or banking app. Quote our bank details below and your housing benefit invoice number as a reference for the payment you are making.
Enter the bank account name as written below. You may encounter an error if you try to use a different bank account name.
