Colchester Borough Council is inviting you to have your say on a new cultural strategy for the borough.
We are working with partners to develop the new strategy which will be in place until 2030.
When complete, it will encompass all the borough’s diverse cultural landscape and will include the arts, creative industries, heritage and will also link to green spaces, tourism and events.
We want to hear from individuals, communities and organisations across the borough. Your ideas will help shape the cultural offer over the next decade. Colchester already has an incredibly vibrant and thriving cultural offering and the aim of the strategy is to grow and develop this sector, increase participation and ensure it is accessible for all the borough’s residents.
Taking part in the consultation will only take a few moments of your time. What does culture mean to you? What do you enjoy? It could be music, art, the cinema, visiting museums or something else!
