It seeks views on the construction of a new building on Haven Road, operation of a Waste Transfer Station, retention of existing vehicle depot operation and storage area and construction of two vehicular access points and dropped kerb, together with ancillary development, including parking spaces, new weighbridges, a fire suppression system, refuelling island, vehicle wash and demolition of existing building.
