This proposal is to implement No Waiting At Any Time Restrictions on sections of Layer Road to support the conversion of footway into segregated and unsegregated cycleway as part of the ongoing development of the cycle network.
This consultation by Essex County Council runs from 1 October until 23 October 2020.
