Who can submit an Expression of Interest:

• Organisations interested in leasing the property for community use must submit an Expression of Interest.

The Expression of Interest must include:

• the completed online Expression of Interest questionnaire, which needs to be answered in full, referring to the information supplied in this brief
• a business plan or other documents to support the funding or costs of the property (submitted at the same time as the questionnaire)
• evidence that financial obligations mentioned below can be met
