Operating in Colchester and the surrounding area, Helpline offers both monitoring and a 24/7 response service, enabling customers to live independently in their home, safe in the knowledge that someone will be onsite quickly to help.
Customers of all ages can benefit from the service for short term needs or ongoing care, giving them and their loved ones a service they can rely on and peace of mind.

If you have been in the armed services, the Soldiers Sailors Airmans Family Association (SSAFA) may be able to find financial assistance for you if you do not qualify for a Disabled Facilities Grant or Disabled Facilities Assistance. They can also help towards any assessed contribution you may have to make towards them.
