Customer conduct
All of our advisors aim to provide support and help you regardless of your query. However in the unusual event of someone communicating to us in an unacceptable way, we will warn you that the communication will be ended if the behaviour continues.
Where someone’s behaviour is so extreme that it threatens the immediate safety and welfare of council staff, we may report the matter to the police or consider taking legal action. In such cases, we may not give prior warning of this action.
