Customer Contact Centre information


Background

The Customer Contact Centre is split into three different teams:

  • Housing
  • Community and Environment
  • Building, Planning, Licensing and Food Safety

Each team provides front line contact and support on behalf of key services across the council. This can range from answering a simple question, raising or reporting issues or repairs and processing your information for planning purposes.

We respond to enquiries via telephone, email and online forms.

Our staff are highly trained, professional and polite and aim to resolve your query first time.

Each year the we participate in the Customer Service Excellence assessment (CSE), with an aim to gaining the prestigious accreditation. The CSE is a nationally recognised certification which we are proud to hold.
