Publication scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires public authorities, like Colchester City Council, to adopt and maintain a publication scheme. This publication scheme shows what information will be routinely published us.
Before making a Freedom of Information request, use the Council's data to find the information you want. The Council's data holds a range of Council databases and information to view and download in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code and other publication requirements.
