Funding and Partnerships
Colchester has secured support from two government grants, the Town Deal and Levelling Up initiatives, injecting over £40 million to enhance the overall landscape of our city centre.

The Heart of Greenstead
The Heart of Greenstead initiative is a key part of The Town Deal, aimed at enhancing the Greenstead area. Greenstead is located east of the city centre and doesn’t feature on our Regeneration Map.
