Home and business visits
- We will adhere to current health and safety guidance to keep everyone safe and ask that you do the same.
- Our ID badges will be easily visible.
- We will arrive on time for pre-arranged visits and let you know if we are delayed.
- You may contact the Council to confirm our identity if you wish.
- We will treat your property and its contents with respect.
- We ask that you secure any pets that could be a safety hazard.
- In the unusual event of an officer feeling threatened or unsafe they will end the visit.
