Warm welcoming spaces

We are working with partners across Colchester to develop a map of welcoming warm spaces where you can go if you are unable to heat your home.

The first few locations are now available on the map, we will be adding more spaces over the coming weeks.

Scam alert

There are a number of scams in operation relating to energy improvement grants. You will usually receive a call stating they have been instructed by Colchester City Council to conduct surveys on properties to check for energy efficiency improvement grant opportunities. All schemes we run have approved contractors and agents. We do not cold call any resident, the only time a resident will be contacted is if they have made an application directly to us.
