Funded by the Southeast Local Economic Partnership, the proposed creative and digital grow-on workspace plans to redevelop the former bus depot site on Queen Street.

The exciting plans propose to transform the disused site into a dynamic creative hub for Colchester’s thriving creative and digital industry.

This project builds on the existing work already completed in Queen Street and will ensure that Colchester stays at the forefront of this growing sector. Offering nine studio spaces, a café bar and potential for a digital hub, the workspace will ensure that Colchester’s talent has room to scale up its business. This development forms a significant piece of the creative and cultural project map in Colchester, strengthening the town’s reputation as a leader in these industries.
