Her Majesty The Queen

On behalf of the staff of Colchester Borough Council, I would like to express deep sympathy and condolences to all members of the Royal Family following the sad passing of HM Queen Elizabeth.

Throughout her 70 year reign, the Queen symbolised loyalty, dignity, and unswerving dedication to the people of her country and to the Commonwealth of Nations.

Her Majesty’s embodiment of public service and tireless work to uphold the civic values of this realm were, and will forever remain, an inspiration to us all.
