Expression of Interest invitation for Stanway Lakelands Centre

Organisations wishing to express an interest in taking a lease of the Stanway Lakelands Centre should submit their completed questionnaire, along with a business plan or supporting documentation.

The deadline for an Expression of Interest is 12:00pm on Monday 9 January 2023.

What happens next

Expressions of Interest will be considered by a panel - additional information to support an application could be requested by the panel.

Successful applicants will be invited to present their offer to the panel and answer any questions.

A final decision on whether to grant a lease will be made at the sole discretion of the Panel.

Successful applicant to enter into negotiations for a lease subject to contract of new Stanway Lakelands Centre	Week 13 February 2023
