If you request a parking permit we will collect your vehicle registration.
The lawful basis for the processing of your personal data is public task. We use your personal data to process your request and issue you with a suitable fishing permit. We do not store payment details. Processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller to issue and inspect a fishing permit for High Woods Country Park.
Your vehicle registration is required to issue the parking permit.
Failure to provide this information will mean that we are unable to process your permit request.
We will share the following information with the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) for the purpose of issuing you with a parking permit:

Your personal data will be kept by us for 3 years from the end date of the permit. You have the right to contact us and ask for your information to be removed where there is no obligation or statutory requirement for it to be kept.
