The Colchester Events Company requires the above information in order to provide a service to you. We only request the minimum amount of information and ensure that is it stored securely in Artifax/Spectix. Length of time we keep your information

Personal information is kept from when you subscribe to unsubscribe from mailshots. Customer data is held from when you purchase a ticket to when the show takes place so to enable us to contact you for show information/changes. Unless you have signed up for further information mailshots, your data is not held after this time. You do have the right to contact us and ask for your information to be removed at any point where there is no obligation or statutory requirement for it to be kept.
