- Name of the person reporting the dog as stray
- Contact details (address, telephone number, email address)
- Information collected from a microchip such as name, address, contact details

Agencies we may share your data with
Whilst working with you, we may share your information with some of the following third parties:On very rare occasions in relation to a collected stray dog we may have to pass your details to the police as part of an investigation, suspected banned breed for example.
The purpose and lawful basis for processing
The lawful basis for the processing of your personal data is legal obligation - GDPR Article 6 (1)(c).We only request the minimum amount of information and ensure that is it stored securely.
