For decision notices before this date, email us with the following fees:

Application number not known

• 1st Hour - £55.00 (+ VAT)
• Subsequent charge per hour - £55.00 (+ VAT)

Alternatively, you can request a local land search on a specific property or piece of land.

If the property you are buying/selling doesn't have planning permission

Some alterations may be permitted for development so there will be no planning record.

If an alteration was completed more than 4 years ago, and it can be proved that this time has elapsed, the alteration will be protected from possible enforcement action.
