Landscape

When considering a proposed development, we need to make sure the new development fits in with its surroundings.

This includes the wider landscape character as well as any existing trees, hedges, shrubs and other vegetation on or around the development site.

Our Landscape Character Assessment provides a description of landscape character types and areas, as well as their evolution, likely effects of change, and how change can be positively managed.
