New Local Plan Consultation

The Council is inviting views on the draft New Local Plan, which sets out how Colchester will grow over the next 15 years. The plan identifies where new homes, jobs and community facilities could be located, how we protect green spaces and heritage, and how we plan for sustainable transport and climate-friendly development.

Your feedback will help shape the final plan and ensure it reflects local priorities.
