Report your missed bins

Use this service to:

Report a missed collection of your household recycling and non-recyclable rubbish.

Before you start:

Missed bins can only be reported after 5.30pm on your collection day
Missed bins must be reported within 2 days of the missed collection

We are currently experiencing a high number of missed collection reports. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Please only report a missed bin collection if your materials have been presented correctly.

Tins and cans will not be collected unless they are placed in a recycling wheelie bin or a clear plastic bag together with plastics, paper, and cardboard.

Collections will be missed if materials are not presented in the correct container, and these should not be reported as missed collections.
