Pay by Direct Debit
You can make payments on the 1st, 5th, 8th, 15th, 20th, 25th or 28th of each month. You can choose which date best suits you.

Change your bank details
If you need to change your existing Direct Debit bank account details, you will need to complete a new Direct Debit form.Complete a new Direct Debit form
We need a minimum of 12 working days prior to your next scheduled payment date to make this change, otherwise payment will be taken from the existing bank account. Any future payments will be taken from your new bank account.
Pay over the phone
Call our automated payments line on 01206 282725. You will need your Council Tax account number and your debit / credit card details.
Pay at the bank or through your banking app
You can make payments to the Council through your bank or banking app. Quote our bank details below and your Council Tax account number as a reference for the payment you are making.
Enter the bank account name as written below. You may encounter an error if you try to use a different bank account name.
