Set up a Direct Debit to make regular payments.
If your bank account require two or more signatures, you will need to complete a paper Direct Debit Instruction. Please email the Business Rate Team at business.rates@colchester.gov.uk and a form will be sent to you for completion.
You can make payments on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 25th of each month. You can choose which date best suits you.

Call our automated payments line on 01206 282725. You will need your business rates account number and your debit / credit card details.
You can make payments to the Council through your bank or banking app. Quote our bank details below and your business rates account number as a reference for the payment you are making.
