Colchester Local Plan Review Consultation

As part of the Local Plan Review iterative Issues and Options engagement we are asking if the Planning Policy Position for Net Zero Carbon Homes and Buildings in Greater Essex is suitable and appropriate to include in the Colchester Local Plan Review.

Comments can be made via our consultation portal. If you need help using the consultation portal, we have a user guide.  

Alternatively, you can email your comments to Local.Plan@colchester.gov.uk or post it to Planning Policy, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.

The consultation will run between 16 April 2024 and 30 May 2024. The consultation will close at 5pm on 30 May 2024; all responses must be received by then.

Your comments will be used to shape the Local Plan Review and may be shared with other Council departments and other organisations such as Essex County Council. Find further information on The Local Plan Review.
