Colchester City Council

2022 marks the historic Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty, The Queen, the first British Monarch to reign for 70 years. There will be year-long celebrations throughout the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth and around the world as communities come together to celebrate The Queen’s historic reign and years of service. The celebrations will culminate in a four-day bank holiday weekend from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June. The celebrations will include public events and community activities, as well as national moments of reflection.
