Health Walks

There are "Health Walks" through the lovely countryside of High Woods Country Park and historic beautiful Castle Park. Leaflets, containing the routes, are available at both venues.  There is also a programme of leader-led walks at High Woods.

Club 50+ provides a variety of fitness, sporting and social activities.  The programme has been designed to meet the needs of the mature active adult and provide a safe and effective form of exercise in a relaxed environment.

Colchester Borough Homes manages a range of schemes for older tenants.  These provide easily managed homes that enable people to keep their dignity, privacy and independence.    An optional mid-day meal is available seven days a week from an external provider.
