Coordinating environmentally focussed projects in partnership with Colchester Borough Homes has significantly improved the energy efficiency of the homes and buildings that the Council owns and manages. Colchester Borough Homes manages the Council's housing stock and we work side-by-side to provide good quality and healthy buildings for our staff and residents.
