What happens once I've registered?

Once you've applied you'll get a confirmation letter from Electoral Services to say that you're registered.

If your name, date of birth and national insurance number are not verified after you have applied to be registered, the Electoral Registration Office will contact you to clarify any element of their application or to ask you to provide documentary evidence, such as passport, to support their application.
