Spring into action with your little ones for a week of nature themed walking trails at High Woods Country Park, this May half term.
There are two nature-themed walking trails to complete, suitable for ages 4-8 and 7-11ys. Follow the trail and solve the clues in the different locations along the route and show your completed sheet back at the Visitor Centre to collect your sweet treat!
Saturday 29 to Monday 31 May 11am-3pm:
Friday 4 to Sunday 6 June, 11am-3pm:
Grab your trail sheet from High Woods Country Park visitor centre, for just £1 (per sheet). There is no need to book, you can just turn up! Suitable for ages 4 to 11 years old and their families. Please bring your own pen or pencil to complete your trail sheet.
High Woods Country Park visitor centre is open every day between 10.30am-4.30pm. Th walking trail activities will be available between 11am-3pm. Please check visitor centre and car park opening times before you visit at www.colchester.gov.uk/country-park/
Car park users are encouraged to make contactless parking payments using MiPermit which is available via an app, online portal, text or phone call. Parking information, including opening times and fees can be found at www.colchester.gov.uk/parking
