Leisure World’s NEW Summer Energy Booster day is the perfect way to do something different with your weekend, or to give a boost to your existing exercise regime.
Based at Leisure World Colchester, the Summer Energy Booster days run from 8am and are for both men and women. The morning starts with a gentle walk/run in Colchester’s award-winning Castle Park; then to wake up those feel good endorphins there are three invigorating fitness classes including functional training, Keiser Cycling and Yoga.
The afternoon will be spent in Aqua Springs spa, allowing time for your muscles and mind to relax in the Jacuzzi, Saunas, Steam Room, Salt Inhalation Room, Aromatherapy Room, Hydrotherapy Spa Pools, Cool Pool and more. Stay as long as you like (spa closes at 6pm) and beauty treatments are available as an optional extra.
Cllr Nick Barlow, Colchester Borough Council Portfolio Holder for Commercial Services, said: “I’m delighted that we’re able to offer this new experience to residents and visitors to Colchester.
“Our Leisure Wold Personal Trainers have designed the Summer Energy Booster days to be the perfect balance of invigorating work-outs to make you feel alive, and a spa visit to relax and refresh your body and mind. The days are suitable for those who are looking to improve their fitness levels, ideal for top up training or simply a fun day out with friends.
“It’s also a great opportunity to get a taste of the fantastic facilities at Leisure World Colchester and to see what our Lifestyles memberships are like.”
Included in the Summer Energy Booster day price of £80 (or grab a friend and book two people to pay just £70 per person) is a healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks – all you need to bring is your determination to get fit and relax.
You’ll go home with a real sense of achievement, re-energised, relaxed and feeling better than ever.
The first dates are 19 August and 9 September at Leisure World Colchester. Spaces are limited. Find out more information and how to book at www.colchesterleisureworld.co.uk/boost
