Colchester Events Company is bringing the laughs to Colchester’s Charter Hall in 2019, with some of the biggest names in comedy lined up to entertain anticipated sell-out crowds!
Showcasing acts to satisfy all comedy tastes, the 2019 line-up includes jesting genius Jimmy Carr, ‘German Comedy Ambassador’ Henning Wehn, ‘Muddle Class’ legend Jason Manford, the godfather of modern stand-up Ben Elton, ‘Guilty Feminist’ Deborah Frances-White, news reporter with a scathing twist Jonathan Pie, and the king of observational comedy Ed Byrne.
There are also two further dates confirmed for the ever-popular Comedy Store.
Commenting on the exciting comedy line-up, Cllr Mark Cory, Leader of Colchester Borough Council, said: “Each year the programme of events at Charter Hall continues to grow in size and profile.
