Leisure World Colchester’s Swim School open enrolment (for new customers only) takes place on Tuesday 23 July, 3-6pm.
Water Babes (4-18mths), Water Tots (18mths-3yrs), Ducklings (2.5-5yrs) and Tadpoles (4-5yrs) are 30 minutes and run for 15 weeks. Lessons commence from Saturday 31 August.
Stages 1 to 7 are 30 minutes and Stages 8 to 10 are 1-hour lessons and commence on Saturday 31 August.
The centre also runs children’s lessons for: Flip and Fun Introduction to diving, Pre-Competition and Fit & Fun and Rookie Lifeguard (Bronze, Silver and Gold).
Open enrolment is also available for the adults swimming lessons on 23 July, with spaces in the beginner, improver and advanced levels. There is also a Swim 4 Fitness session which is supported by a swimming coach. These sessions last 1hr and commence from Monday 2 September.
Children’s lessons are from £29.77 per month for half-hour classes, from £36.44 per month for 1-hour classes and adult lessons are from £34.66 per month. Swim School customers can practice their technique between lessons for free during all Leisure World’s public swim sessions in the Fitness and Teaching Pools, all year round.
