Join Colchester Castle on Tuesday 14 February for a very special Valentine’s evening. If you are looking for something magical to do for that history-lover in your life look no further.
Colchester Castle’s Magic of Valentine’s event is the perfect way to start your Valentine’s evening.
Taking place after opening hours, from 5-7pm, you will get a chance to meet the Museum’s curatorial team, handle objects from the museum’s collections and enjoy a talk and a special tour of the Castle.
Cllr Tim Young, Portfolio Holder for Business and Culture and Deputy Leader of the Council, said: “Colchester Museums run an extensive programme of events for all ages, but this one is great opportunity for our older audiences to explore the museum’s collections in a quiet out-of-hours atmosphere.
“Join us in celebrating the history of love through our collections, indulge in a glass of Prosecco and enjoy the Magic of Valentine’s.”
The evening costs £7.50 per person. Suitable for ages 18+. Booking is required on 01206 282941.
