There will be half price swimming at Leisure World Colchester from 19 to 31 December 2018.
A Leisure Pool Family Swim will be ONLY £13 (usually £26)! So grab the family and ride the iconic Leisure Pool flumes, make a splash in the Crazy River and enjoy fun slides, waves, squirting fish, tipper buckets and the Shipwreck Water Cannons. The family ticket grants entry to two adults and two children, or one adult and three children.
A Fitness Pool swim will be ONLY £1.60 junior/concession (usually £3.20) and £2.30 adult (usually £4.60). Swim in Colchester’s only public 25m pool, six lanes spit into slow, medium and fast. So whether you’re a beginner who’s looking to get some extra swimming practice or you speed up and down like a dolphin – there will be a lane to suit you.
Cllr Mark Cory, Leader of the Council, said: "Christmas can be an expensive time of year. We want to make sure people in Colchester can make the most of the school holidays with some active fun and enjoy their time together. I'm expecting hundreds of families to take up this offer and making a splash at Leisure World this Christmas."
